Favorite Song of the Week: Can't Feel My Face by The Weeknd

A lot of people have start calling the singer of The Weeknd, Michael Jackson reincarnated-though the age difference might calculate something else. I've fallen head over heals with this singer, and his soul voice is literally to die for. His newest song Can't Feel my Face is one of his first dance songs, and I'm really enjoying it at the moment. You wouldn't except it from the artists previous songs, but it's cool new sound that still sounds like The Weeknd in a newly wrapped form. I love dancing to it in my kitchen and I hope you enjoy it as much as I am! ;p

Teaching?

Oh my do I have a lot of respect for teachers. This summer I took up a task to teach a friend of mine French 1. I love French and recently went there during the spring a loved it. I also love teaching others, but I've never had a chance this big and continuous to do so. What do I do exactly? Well I teach vocab, grammar, and all of that shiz two hours every weekday which is quite intense for the body and mind tbh.

I've learned out of the entire experience so far that patience is key. You know that already of course, because you see teachers getting frustrated after repeating this so many times in class, but I never realized how much frustration. It's so intense, and you feel like you've let yourself and your students down because all of a sudden everything is lost. I'm trying to find better ways of coping with this and giving more patience to my student, but it's hard when you see them so often and it's so easy to just be done with everything. Years and Years:Communion

Hi guys! I wanted to share with you a new album I've been listening to. You might have heard this band from the radio single King before. I love their soothing synths and the vocalist is head over heals amazing. Around half of this album has appeared on their previous EPs and the new songs continue the same sound they have at the moment. They're fun dance songs, and there are also some somber songs that make you feel wistful. My favorite songs are Take Shelter and Ties. They're both more of the dancy songs on the album Though the first song on the album which is pretty much just vocals, Foundation, is equally amazing. Just letting you know this is probably going to be my summer album this year, and you should check it out too.

Hello Again!!

Hello there! I really shouldn't say that I should do anything now. I've let down so many promises in the past two years, it's getting really ridiculous. So I apologize for that, and now on this blog will be whatever and whenever I want! Sounds alright? eh probably not, but it is for me.

So let me get you up to speed on what has been happening since 2015 started. Let's see...I went back to school from winter break. I did not make any new years resolutions this year, but I am starting to feel like I should have, because I have been extremely less productive than I have ever been. It's getting to the point where I literally lay in bed and go on the internet all day, and not even make anything, like this for example.

I have started making music again. So that's good. Just last week I restrung my electric guitar for the first time in forever. It was a very interesting experience. Most of it was me finding out that Guitar Center doesn't open on Sundays!! I mean, c'mon, am I right? It's the Guitar Center, not Chick Fil A. I might put some of my music on here, and keep in touch that way.

Reading wise, I've started reading some really good fanfictions that I may make another post on later. (Knowing me, probably not), but we'll see where this year takes us shall we. In school, we've been reading Night by Elie Wiesel. It's really intense, like it should be. I have more thoughts on it, but I want to finish it before I write anything.

If you have any suggestions on what things I should write about, tell me below. I'll get around to them eventually. Maybe I should do a week roundup thing, because I don't journal in my everyday life, so this might be a good way.
